Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it, and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
For hygiene, quality, and product integrity reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalized items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Digital products, devotionals, downloads, or templates
Items damaged from normal wear, misuse, water exposure, chemicals, perfume, lotion, or improper care

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Jewelry Care and Material Notice
Our bracelet bases and standard Italian charm bracelet structures are made to be durable for everyday wear. The base of the bracelet is stainless steel, tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and waterproof.
However, some decorative charms, dangling charms, plated details, enamel designs, or specialty pendants may not be stainless steel and should be treated with extra care. To keep your bracelet beautiful, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, applying lotion, spraying perfume, or using harsh chemicals.
Damage caused by improper care, excessive pulling, bending, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order if eligible and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been assembled, packed, or shipped.
